Graphic Data System (GDS) Conversion
GeoDecisions converts legacy GDS data into modern GIS formats. Using our highly specialized translation software, G-Live, engineering drawings in GDS format can be easily migrated to other GIS platforms such as ESRI, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Smallworld.
Through our deep understanding of GDS data structures, G-Live enables us to preserve the richness of GDS topology and attributes of graphical features during the migration. These capabilities are built on the industry-leading Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) translator from Safe Software, using a custom-developed plug-in module.
