Lecher Appointed to GIS Advisory Committee
(Aug. 17 2012/Harrisburg Pa.) Mark Lecher, a senior project manager based in GeoDecisions’ corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa., has been appointed to the GIS Advisory Committee at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). The GIS Advisory Committee is a vital asset to HACC, guiding faculty and administration to ensure they provide the highest-quality educational experiences for students. Lecher’s appointment is for three years.
Lecher has more than 16 years of GIS and geospatial experience. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors of science in geography. Prior to joining GeoDecisions, Lecher served as a senior account executive with Esri® where he worked with state agencies in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
