Wesdock Appointed to Penn State Alumni Board

(Harrisburg, Pa.) GeoDecisions’ President Brendan J. Wesdock, M.C.P., GISP, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Pennsylvania State University’s College of Earth and Mineral Sciences Alumni Advisory Council. Wesdock joins a distinguished board that includes representatives from leading energy, environmental, and consulting firms, as well as government agencies. This appointment is for a three-year term.

The board of directors of the Alumni Advisory Council is comprised of 16 members – two representatives from each of the university’s five academic departments and six at-large members. Wesdock, a 1995 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, holds a bachelor of science in geography and will represent the Geography Department on the board.

Penn State’s College of Earth and Mineral Sciences is currently ranked 8th in U.S. by U.S. News & World Report and has nine academic programs ranked in the top 10, including the geography program, which ranks number one.
