Criminal & Highway Analysis Mapping for Public Safety (CHAMPS)
Click image for a larger view.CHAMPS is a comprehensive and flexible Web-based GIS that will allow users to query, map, report, and analyze traffic incidents in near-real-time. CHAMPS bridges departments and organizations by easily connecting the data collectors with first-hand users and analysts. With CHAMPS, users can query a traffic incident or crime attribute and overlay the results on a map, with an accompanying grid that can include critical data such as DUI checkpoints, political boundaries, traffic signals and cameras, and aerial photography.
