Code Enforcement
GeoPlan's Code Enforcement module enables users to schedule, store, track, and map code violation complaints and associated actions. Integrated document management can be used to scan correspondences, notices, or photographs and link them to the current violation.
The main screen of Code Enforcement module contains basic code violator information, including the case number, violation property address, complainant contact information, and type of violation.
The Fees tab enables users to track a variety of fees on one code case. Users are able to set up a custom list of fees, so GeoPlan can calculate a fee based on the defined rate scheduled through formulas or flat fees.
The Actions tab gives users the ability to track all the activities that occur during the code case process, such as phone calls, correspondence, and inspections.
The Violations tab gives users the ability to enter the municipal code book into GeoPlan to track the actual code violation numbers, names, and descriptions with due dates, citation numbers, and fines associated with each violation.
Custom letters can be generated from GeoPlan's reporting function, instead of generating unique letters for each violation, saving staff time and resources.
