Complaints and Requests
GeoPlan's Complaints and Requests module is a comprehensive management tool for tracking reported complaints and service requests.
The Service Request tab of the Complaints and Requests module contains general information about the complaint or request. The module tracks staff assignment, time and date of the case, nature, priority, status, location, contacts, and caller information.
The Fees tab enables users to track all fees that may be associated with the case, such as rental and inspection fees.
The Actions tab lets users track all actions that have occurred on the case, such as inspections, notification letters, and phone calls.
Custom Reports can be generated to track a specific case or all cases.
