Property Management

GeoPlan's Property Management module effectively organizes data pertaining to individual parcels or properties for local governments. Basic parcel identification, ownership data, environmental hazards, infrastructure availability, waste collection days, and transfers of property ownership can be easily imported from a variety of existing sources.

Built as the lead module in GeoPlan's Planning Modules Suite, Property Management is the core module for issuing and tracking activities related to permits, code enforcement cases, subdivisions, renters, structures, complaints, and requests for services.

The Ownership tab contains critical property information, such as physical address, mailing address, and subdivision information, is available. Also included are separate owner information, owner mailing address, and links to structures information, master subdivision details, and property renters.

The Classifications tab tracks property classification information, such as zoning, census, land use, and watershed information with six custom details boxes and eight user check boxes for additional information tracking.

The History tab gives the users the ability to view and open the history of certain properties, such as permits, previous owners, complaints, violations, zoning, and inspections. The History tab also contains six memo tabs where users can enter as much information as desired on a specific topic.

The Improvements tab defines the trash and recycle pick up for a property, tracks the property's public utility information, and contains assessment information with an integrated image storage section.

Within the Property Management module, integrated GIS mapping enables users to map features, define custom map layers, and perform spatial queries by simply clicking a property (or multiple properties) on a map.
