Buildings and Structures

GeoPlan's Buildings and Structures module is a comprehensive structure management module for tracking permitted uses, ownership, construction information, building history, and emergency information. The module also offers integrated GIS mapping and enables users to manage aspects of multiple buildings, such as condominiums, apartments, and business complexes, on one piece of property.

The General tab of the Buildings and Structures module contains basic information about the building, including building type, parcel ID, owner information, permitted and current uses, and occupant and business lessee data.

The Construction tab stores detailed information about the building, as well as integrated photo storage and utilities/services connection data.

The History tab displays the current and past activity for the chosen structure by displaying all of the permits, owners, complaints, violations, zoning cases, and inspections. Users can open any case by clicking the desired line.

The Actions tab lets users track all actions that have occurred on the case, such as inspections, permits, and applications.

The Emergency tab enables users to track all information related to alarm/protection systems, sprinkler systems, heating systems, shutoffs for fuel and power, hazardous materials, and supply resources.
