Plan Review and Subdivisions

GeoPlan's Plan Review and Subdivisions module is a comprehensive tracking module with integrated document management, fees, and actions tracking.

The General tab of the Plan Review and Subdivisions module contains the GeoPlan case number, property address, applicant information, owner information, and contacts.

The Lots tab enables users to track all properties located in a subdivision through a dynamic link in the Property Management module. To avoid data redundancy, the lots are coded in the Properties module and displayed on this tab.

The Fees tab gives users the ability to track a number of fees on one case. Users are able to set up a custom list of fees so GeoPlan can calculate a fee based on a defined rate schedule through formulas or flat fees.

The Actions tab allows users to track items that occur during the plan review and subdivision process as well as through the application, approval/denial, and inspection processes.
