Zoning Appeals
GeoPlan's Zoning Appeals module is a comprehensive zoning tracking module with integrated document management, fees, and actions tracking.
Click image for a larger view.The General tab of the Zoning Appeals module contains basic permit information, including the GeoPlan case number, property address, applicant information and owner information.
The Circumstances tab enables users to track the results from zoning hearing board meeting minutes and provide necessary space to enter related case information.
The Fees tab gives users the ability to track a number of fees on one zoning case. Users are able to set up a custom list of fees so GeoPlan can calculate a fee based on a defined rate schedule through formulas or flat fees.
The Actions tab enables users to track items that occur during the zoning process, such as application, advertising, and hearing dates, as well as inspections.
