Gergel Joins GeoDecisions

May 27, 2003/Harrisburg, Pa.: Thomas J. Gergel was recently named manager of business development by GeoDecisions, a leader in the information technology industry that specializes in geospatial solutions.

Gergel has more than 12 years experience in the planning and implementation of geographic information systems for transportation (GIS-T).

Based in Camp Hill, Pa., Gergel is responsible for business development and project management. He provides GIS-T expertise that leads to the generation of new projects and accounts, and provides linear referencing system consulting and project management services for key transportation clients.

Gergel holds a bachelor of science in geography from the State University of New York at Albany and a master of science in geography from the University of South Carolina.
