Pennsylvania DEP Selects GeoDecisions
July 23, 2004/Harrisburg, Pa.: The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) selected GeoDecisions to work on the Pennsylvania Incident Response System (PAIRS) with DEP staff.
PAIRS is a multi-agency application for communication and tracking of routine and emergency incidents in Pennsylvania. The application uses a Web-based interface to track routine and emergency incidents, including bioterrorism, ag-terrorism, hazardous material spills, and other emergency situations that require a state and local response.
DEP has requested that GeoDecisions analyze the PAIRS system, provide documentation, fix defects, and provide technical knowledge transfer on the application to the Geospatial Data Center.
