Jensen Named GIS Analyst for GeoDecisions
January 17, 2005/Harrisburg, Pa.: GeoDecisions, an award-winning leader in the information technology industry that specializes in geospatial solutions, recently named Brian Jensen geographic information systems (GIS) analyst for the firm’s Madison, Wis. office.
Prior to joining GeoDecisions, Jensen was employed by the City of Sun Prairie, Wis. He was responsible for the data creation for all city departments and ArcSDETM conversion. He also created a storm sewer geodatabase with Hansen® Asset Management and a transportation geodatabase for the city.
Jensen will be responsible for supporting GeoDecisions’ regional government client base in Madison, Wis., encompassing many facets of associated GIS projects. He will also perform GIS data integration and application development.
Jensen has three years of experience in GIS. He holds a bachelor of science in geography from The University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. He is a member of the Geospatial Information and Technology Association (GITA) and the Wisconsin Land Information Association (WLIA).
