ITS Professionals Join GeoDecisions
(August 24, 2007/Philadelphia, Pa.) GeoDecisions’ intelligent transportation systems (ITS) staff continues to grow with the additions of Wayne G. Spaulding and Gregory L. Cross. GeoDecisions is an information technology company specializing in geospatial solutions.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia, Pa., office, Wayne Spaulding is a senior project manager responsible for the conceptualization, design, deployment, and operation of ITS for government and transportation agencies. With more than 30 years of consulting experience, he partners with clients to perform policy analysis; needs assessments; stakeholder outreach; design oversight; facilities supervision; funding procurement; and the development of standard operating procedures.
Spaulding holds a bachelor of science in economics from Ithaca College and a master of public administration from the University of Delaware.
Working in collaboration with GeoDecisions’ ITS professionals in Philadelphia, Gregory Cross serves as an ITS project manager in northern Virginia. He brings more than 24 years of experience to the development, implementation, management, and administration of ITS projects and programs for departments of transportation across the country.
Cross holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Southern Maine. He is an active member of ITS America and the Intelligent Transportation Society of Virginia.
