Ellis Earns GISP Certification

Sept. 8, 2008/Harrisburg, Pa.: Stephen A. Ellis, a vice president with GeoDecisions, recently earned his Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional (GISP) certification from the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI). The GISCI is a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization that provides the GIS community with a complete certification program. GISPs are awarded to professionals who have met the minimum standards for ethical conduct and professional practice as established by the GISCI.
