Our firm participated in the development of an electronic toll collection (ETC) study for the potential use of ETC technologies on toll roads throughout the nation in Colombia.

We provided the following services on this project: research and analysis of international experiences, best practices, and lessons learned with highway ETC implementations; documentation of operating, administrative, and technical characteristics of ETC systems; analysis of standards, interconnection, and interoperability considerations; and development of an implementation plan for a pilot ETC application in a mid-sized Colombian city.
