Rapid Response System
The Rapid Response System is an emergency notification system designed to deliver high-speed phone, e-mail, or text messages for public and private utilities, municipalities, and schools. With its user-friendly, Web-based interface, the Rapid Response System has the ability to deliver up to 120,000 phone calls per hour.
Incorporating a data portal that links to customer data and a text-to-speech interface that is fully Web-based, the Rapid Response System empowers users to generate precise phone lists and automated messages from any Internet-accessible computer. The system provides live Web reports as messages are delivered and detailed call summary reports can be downloaded directly following the call. The Rapid Response System can also be fully integrated into GeoPlan©, GeoDecisions' municipal management software.
The Rapid Response System maximizes efficiency through leading-edge functionality:
- Custom Integration - compatible with existing geographic information system (GIS) data and systems
- Answering Machine Detection - leave messages on answering machines and voice mail systems
- Repeat Message Option - ability for call recipient and message replay
- Advanced Reporting - real-time call statistics and detailed call reports downloadable from the Web with information tied back to customer account data for tracking purposes
- Caller ID - users can enter any caller ID number (e.g. customer service center) to be displayed on the call recipient’s phone
- Call Scheduling - users can schedule calls in advance to be sent at a designated time
