Road Condition Reporting System (RCRS)

RCRS is a statewide tool used by Pennsylvania Department of Transportation engineering districts and traffic management facilities to ensure consistency and accuracy when reporting road closure and condition information on state highways. For each reported road closure, RCRS captures important information, such as road closure beginning and ending points and the estimated time when the road will be reopened.
