GeoDecisions Crime Analysis and Mapping System (GeoCAMS)
GeoCAMS offers command staff, detectives, and officers the ability to efficiently search for crime patterns. The Web-based application permits existing incident data to be analyzed, mapped, and used to support a department’s Intelligence-Led Policing, Community Oriented Policing, or CompStat models. The suite of GeoCAMS solutions includes scalable, interoperable mapping environments built with the latest technology from ESRI.
Electronic Environmental Management System (E2MS)
E2MS is a customizable application that allows users to better manage data, documents, audits, and corrective actions, in addition to assigning and tracking compliance tasks. Implemented as a desktop application, E2MS directs users to EMS requirements to ensure consistent environmental compliance. E2MS also features a user-specific dashboard with key information that can be tailored to maintain requirements for the user’s individual operations.

Graphic Data System (GDS) Conversion
GeoDecisions converts legacy GDS data into modern GIS formats. Using our highly specialized translation software, G-Live, engineering drawings in GDS format can be easily migrated to other GIS platforms such as ESRI, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Smallworld. Through our deep understanding of GDS data structures, G-Live enables us to preserve the richness of GDS topology and attributes of graphical features during the migration. These capabilities are built on the industry-leading Feature Manipulation Engine translator from Safe Software, using a custom-developed plug-in module.

Criminal & Highway Analysis Mapping for Public Safety (CHAMPS)
CHAMPS is a comprehensive and flexible Web-based GIS that will allow users to query, map, report, and analyze traffic incidents in near-real-time. CHAMPS bridges departments and organizations by easily connecting the data collectors with first-hand users and analysts. With CHAMPS, users can query a traffic incident or crime attribute and overlay the results on a map, with an accompanying grid that can include critical data such as DUI checkpoints, political boundaries, traffic signals and cameras, and aerial photography.
Transit Boardings Estimation and Simulation Tool (TBEST)
TBEST is an ArcGIS-based software program that provides comprehensive transit analysis and ridership forecasting. TBEST is also capable of simulating travel demand at the individual stop level, while accounting for network connectivity, spatial and temporal accessibility, time-of-day variations, and route/stop competition.

Road Condition Reporting System (RCRS)
GeoDecisions teamed with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to develop RCRS. RCRS is a statewide tool used by Pennsylvania Department of Transportation engineering districts and traffic management facilities to ensure consistency and accuracy when reporting road closure and condition information on state highways. For each reported road closure, RCRS captures important information, such as road closure beginning and ending points and the estimated time when the road will be reopened.
Integrated RouteLog Application (IRA)
Developed for the Vermont Agency of Transportation, IRA provides users with an interactive, graphical user interface for displaying attributes about routes of interest in a straight line format. The application successfully accesses and integrates disparate data from multiple sources through a GIS-enabled interface. IRA can integrate VideoLogs, scanned documents, and additional functionality.
Information Network for Online Resource Mapping (INFORM)
Developed for the Delaware Department of Transportation, INFORM is a GIS-enabled Web portal that assists in accessing spatial data in an easy and efficient manner. INFORM provides users the ability to display various basemap features at one time, as well as the ability to create multiple thematic maps based on business data and area definitions. Functionality implemented includes geocoding, linear referencing readout, drawing within a map window, and layer control for every user.
Geographical Resource Intranet Portal (GRIP)
Developed for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, GRIP is a Web-based application that allows users to query, overlay, map, and report on many business data layers. The portal includes information on bridges, pavement management, needs analysis, accidents, inventory, at-grade railroad crossings, speed zones, and highway performance monitoring systems.
VideoLog
GeoDecisions' VideoLog technology enables transportation personnel to view images from various video surveillance devices. It contains street-level video and includes an online “motion” picture of highways and other areas of transportation. VideoLog allows users to conduct field views or observe the exact location of a transportation project without having to perform an on-site inspection of the location.
Safety Analysis Management System (SAMS)
SAMS provides powerful and flexible crash analysis tools to support the identification and elimination of hazardous locations and conditions. SAMS enables users at the Mississippi Department of Transportation to effectively access, visualize, and analyze vehicle collision information to make more informed decisions about managing roadways and preventing traffic-related injuries and deaths.
Cultural and Historical Resource Information System (CHRIS)
CHRIS is a public Web portal for various user groups to access data, maps, and images of historical and cultural sites. CHRIS can display images to multiple user interfaces, provide the proper data layer views based on security, enable users to export and extract data, and provides an intuitive reporting interface.
GeoDecisions Web Enterprise Building Blocks (GeoWEBB)
GeoWEBB is a repository of code snippets congregated from the large number of software development projects completed by GeoDecisions. This database allows the firm to develop new and contemporary programs without having to recode snippets of the program that have been implemented for previous projects. This recycling of code allows projects to run quicker, more concisely, and with less error correction. Accordingly, developers have time to build new algorithms and sets of computer code that will be added to the GeoWEBB database.
