To meet private and public agencies' expectations of day-to-day business processes (map production, data sharing, data dissemination, data update, etc.), and to comply with various regulations (EPA, GASB 34, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, CMOM, Consent Order), GeoDecisions, in partnership with its parent company Gannett Fleming, developed the G²SmartMapping application.

An increasing number of agencies see the need and benefit of obtaining reliable and accurate data. They need robust and scalable GIS systems for mapping, managing, modeling, and maintaining their utilities' infrastructure.

The G²SmartMapping application allows users to rapidly automate mobile workforces using Windows Mobile Computer, Tablet PC, and Mobile PDAs. The application also allows users to quickly capture data using the built-in advanced data dictionary that can be customized to meet a user's specific requirements.

Using G²SmartMapping, clients can easily associate location information, view digital pictures of assets, and view other file types containing needed data. G²SmartMapping incorporates an unparalleled "live" quality control of the data being collected.
