Caitlyn Meyer, Project Manager

As a project manager based in our Raleigh, North Carolina, office, Caitlyn's roles and responsibilities include requirements definition, system development life cycles, client interaction, stakeholder coordination, subcontractor oversight, ongoing status reporting, and risk management on key assignments.

Among her recent project experience, Caitlyn oversaw the design and implementation of the New York City Department of City Planning’s NYCyclist website, which crowdsources data edits from the general public to validate the department’s spatial data files. Caitlyn has also managed several projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), including database redesigns for several PennDOT applications, the creation of systems development life cycle documentation and implementation of process standards, and development of the award-winning Maintenance-IQ application.

Caitlyn began her journey with GeoDecisions in our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, headquarters and moved to Raleigh earlier this year to support our new growth in North Carolina. GeoDecisions was selected as a prequlified vendor to provide statewide GIS services contract, which allows us to perform work for North Carolina state, local government, or quasi-government agencies. Caitlyn is strengthening Gannett Fleming and GeoDecisions GIS, planning, design, and construction operations as well as developing business relationships with North Carolina agencies.
