When the quarantine started, Chris Eby was frustrated with the limited information he was finding available to the public on the disease and volunteered to create the Pennsylvania COVID-19 Dashboard. Chris and his team also used Esri ArcGIS AppStudio, a suite of tools that make app creation quick and efficient, to create a mobile app for PennDOT Connects.
